Harold David Biggs

Harold David Biggs, born December 2, 1933, went to be with the Lord on January 13, 2012. He passed away peacefully in his sleep. He is survived by his wife, Darlene; daughters, Tami Compton, DeAnn Hennecy and son, Jason Biggs; two daughters and two sons from a previous marriage, Pam Biggs, Harold David "Butch" Jr., Terry Biggs and Shana. Harold, or "Dave" as he was called, had 15 precious grandchildren and 2 precious great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Glenn and Curtis Biggs; sisters, Cloris Brown, Bobbie Short and Anna June Jambor.

Dave was a member of Orlando Baptist Church for 38 years. He retired from the Air Force and served in Vietnam. Upon retirement, he worked in car sales, built swimming pools and chauffeured for Mears. He was known and loved by many.

We would like to thank his physicians, Howard Sackel, Delos Clift, Brian Dublin and Jeffrey Moskowitz for their wonderful care.

Visitation will held from 6:00PM-8:00PM, this evening at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00AM, Tuesday, January 17. Interment with military honors will follow at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102 Avenue, Bushnell, FL.
