Harold E. King passed away peacefully at Parkwest Medical Center on January 13th 2024 after a battle with the Flu and Pneumonia.
The family would like to thank the loving medical staff for their compassionate care.
Harold was a firefighter in the US Navy. Harold was a retired semi-truck driver. Harold had a heart of gold and his greatest love in life was his family and especially seeing the little children happy.
He leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was especially close with his sister-in-Law Helen King. Nephew Andrew and Ann King and Ruby. Niece Lisa and Mike Hulsey and their children Bradley and Brandon. Niece Cindy and Mike Leugers and their children Kenny, Amanda, Amber, and Chris and Niece Lauria and Chinadu Okoroh. He is also survived by his brother Earnest King.
He is preceded in death by his parents Georgia and Jesse King and Brothers Norman, Earl, Kenneth, James, and Carl. Sisters: Virginia, Betty, Bonnie, and Patricia.
Harold loves Sevierville but calls Orlando Florida home.
A memorial lunch will be held at a later date in Sevierville to honor Harold.
The Family will receive friends from 10am to 12pm at Newcomer Funeral Home in Orlando with the Funeral to follow at 12pm. The family will proceed to Woodlawn Cemetery for graveside service and burial immediately following the funeral.
