Kiser, Harold "Hal", beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother, age 86 died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009 at home in Orlando, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Mae Kiser and 4 children. Surviving is his wife of 57 years, Mary Ann, his 5 children, Catherine (Jim Schacht)of Clarkesville, TN, Patricia (Ken Bostwick) of Gainesville, FL, Gregory (Tammy) of Titusville, FL, Stephen of Daytona Beach, FL, and Christopher of Orlando, FL; 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Warren of Lawton, OK and Corliss of Perry, FL. Harold was born Oct. 13, 1922 in Ottowa County, KS. Harold served his country during WWII in the Army Air Corp Feb. 1943 through Aug. 1945 and flew over 65 missions during the European Campaign. He graduated from Kansas State University in 1948, lettering in track and field. Graduated Mayo Clinic in 1949 with a degree in Physical Therapy. His career spanned over 5 decades and he retired at the age of 72. He was a member at St. Joseph's Parrish for 22 years and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He faithfully attended Saturday morning Holy Hour for 15 years. The memorial service will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church , Orlando, on Friday. Oct 2nd at 10 a.m. He will be interred at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. There is no visitation scheduled. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
