He is survived by his wife, Willie Mae Hazelton; son, Joe Hazelton, daughter, Brenda Sullivan, step-son, Jimmy Grant, son, David Hazelton, daughter, Heather Cranfill; mother, Laura Grantham, sister, Maryjo King, brother, Robert Hazelton; 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 3 step- grandchildren. Visitation in will be Friday, June 5, 2009 in Newcomer Funeral Home, 895. S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 in Putman, Standifer & Reed Funeral Home, Dunlap, Tennessee, with visitation in Tennessee on Monday, from 12:00 - 9:00 PM. Burial will be in Collier Cemetery, Dunlap, Tennessee.
