Henry Richard Walsh, born November 1925 in Jersey City, New Jersey died April 5, 2014 at the age of 88. Henry was the second of three sons born to Harry Francis Walsh & Cecilia Duff Walsh. He had a great love for sailing and was a Champion sailor as a youth in Bud Lake New Jersey.
Henry graduated High School in 1944, and immediately enlisted in the US Navy at the age of 17. He was the youngest graduating Boatswain's Mate in the Navy. In April 1947 Henry enlisted in the US Marine Corps serving, at one period as a Drill Instructor, and finally achieving the rank of Warrant Officer and retiring in 1971 in Orlando, Florida with his wife Helen and four children.
He owned and operated Bud's Transfer Trucking Company, and was thereafter employed as a Driver for the US Postal Service until his final retirement in 1991.
Henry is survived by his loving wife Helen and four children Francis Frye, Katherine Crespin, Nicholas Walsh, Margaret Floyd, and his brother John L. Walsh.

Family and friends will be received Thursday April 10, 2014 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home in Orlando with a funeral service at 6:00PM.
