Born on December 18, 1939 to Paul and Velma Kelsheimer in Windsor Illinois, Homer was a longtime resident of Central Florida.
A proud and determined man, Homer overcame many obstacles and became a successful electrician.
He is survived by his loving wife Sandra and his son Anthony. He is predeceased by his parents Paul and Velma Kelsheimer.
