Mima, como cariñosamente le decíamos, se durmió en la paz del Señor el día 4 de enero de 2021, a los 58 años.

Le sobreviven su hijo Joel Vargas. Sus padres Carmen Balado y Andrés Carrasquillo. Sus hermanos Liza, Annie, Janet, Andy y Andrés. Sus sobrinos Hector, Ramón, Thiara, Edianny, Kenya, Andrea, Neville, Stacy, Amaya, y su sobrino de corazón Giancarlo. Siempre la tendrán presente en su corazón. Tambien no podemos dejar de mencionar su hermosa mascota "Lilly".

Nació el 30 de octubre de 1962 en la ciudad de Manhattan, New York. Toda su infancia y juventud la vivió en Puerto Rico en el famoso Paseo Colina de Levittown. Donde cultivo bellas amistades que se convirtieron en sus hermanos. Culmina sus estudios universitarios obteniendo un Bachillerato en Contabilidad.

Su primer trabajo lo inicio en el supermercado Amigo, donde siempre guardo buenos recuerdos de esa época y hermosas amistades que marcaron su vida. Con el transcurso del tiempo toma la decisión de abrir camino en los Estados Unidos, donde se estableció y paso momentos maravillosos durante estos 30 anos.

Mima fue una madre excelente, dedicada y ejemplar. Una hija incondicional, maravillosa, paciente y buena. Una hermana insuperable, honesta y confidente. Una tia servicial, alcahueta y cariñosa. Una amiga excepcional, leal, dulce y fiel. Su mayor virtud su bondad y humildad.

Todos la recordaremos por siempre como una persona entregada a los demás y como una mujer bondadosa que siempre estaba pendiente de familiares y amigos.

El homenaje póstumo y los servicios funerarios tendrán lugar en Newcomer Funerals 895 S Goldenrod Rd Orlando, Fl 32822, el domingo 17 de enero de 2021 de 2:00 pm a 5:00 pm.

Mima, how with love was called, of Orlando, FL passed peacefully with the Lord on Monday, January 4, 2021, at the age of 58.

She is survived by her son, Joel Vargas. Her parents, Carmen Balado and Andrés Carrasquillo. Her siblings Liza, Annie, Janet, Andy and Andrés. Her nieces and nephews, Hector, Ramón, Thiara, Edianny, Kenya, Andrea, Neville, Stacy y Amaya and her nephew with love, Giancarlo. And, of course, we can't forget her beautiful dog of the house, who was always at her side, Lilly.

She was born October 30th, 1962 in the city of Manhattan, New York. However, raised in her hometown of Levittown, Toa Baja, Puerto Rico in the famous Paseo Colina. Once there, she continued to create beautiful memories and friendships whom later, many, became like family. She was honored the opportunity of studying at Universidad Metropolitana Ana G. Méndez and achieving a Bachelor's in Accounting.

She had the pleasure of starting her first job at the supermarket Amigo, where she gained wonderful memories and beautiful friendships! With time, she decided to go on a new path in life and decided to cross the pond to the U.S, where she established herself and made marvelous memories for those next 30 years.

Mima was an excellent mother, dedicated and a beautiful example of LOVE. An unconditional daughter, marvelous and patient. An insuperable sister, honest and could confide in. A helpful aunt, caring and spoiling. An exceptional and kind friend, loyal and sweet. Her biggest virtue was her kindness and humility.

We will always remember her as a person dedicated to others and as a kind woman who, at all times, was attentive and willing for family and friends.

A visitation and memorial service is Sunday, January 17, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions 895 S. Goldenrod Rd Orlando, FL 32822.
