James Chapman

James W. Chapman, age 64 of Winter Springs passed away Friday, March 18, 2005. Born in Fort Morgan, Colorado, Mr. Chapman moved to Central Florida in 1980. He was a retired Test Technician. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He is survived by his sons, Kevin, John and Garry Chapman and daughter, Beth Thompson all of Colorado; mother, Mona Mendenhall of Oklahoma; brothers, John of Utah, Art of Wyoming, Terry of Colorado and Kip of Oklahoma; sisters, Janet and Nova both of Colorado; 18 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by his wife, Marilyn; his father , John, his step father and 2 sisters.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Friday, March 25, 2005 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Lake Mary Stake Center, 2505 Lake Emma Road, Lake Mary, FL. Private interment at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell will follow. The family will receive friends at Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd. Orlando on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Newcomer Family Funeral Home, Orlando is in charge of arrangements.
