James Jolley, age 61, died on Friday morning, January 26, 2018 at Central Florida Regional Hospital in Sanford. He was born on July 29, 1956 in Orlando, Florida to Naomi Webb. He lived in Deltona, Florida for nearly 30 years.
James joined the Army in 1973 and completed 4 years of service and stayed another 6 yrs in the reserves. He was a Helicopter mechanic and worked on Cobra's for all the years he was in service.
James was best known for his sense of humor and quick witted sayings. He could get anyone to laugh at his jokes or remarks, and could put a smile on anyone's face, including complete strangers. He really lived up to his name, Jolley. He was married to Tammy in Deland, Fl on June 29th, 1990. They lived in Deltona together raising their three sons. James also held many jobs including meat manager, roofing, construction, building bridges, and being an auto mechanic.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy and his three sons, Joseph, Jeremy, and Justin and four grandchildren Joey, Isabella, Jeremy Jr and Angela.
James memorial service was held on February 3, 2018 at Fort Smith Baptist Church with Pastor Mark Benson Officiating.
