James M. King, Jr., (68) of Longwood, FL died peacefully on Thursday, May 13th. James (Jim) grew up in Winter Park and was a lifelong resident of Central Florida.
Jim loved golfing, fishing and his dogs. He was very proud of his military service (82nd Airborne).
James is survived by his daughter, Kelsey King of Maitland, FL., sister, Delba Wingo of Apopka, FL, mother-in law, Marylou Gantner of Orlando, FL, sisters-in-law, Deborah Smith, of Oak Hill, FL, and Donna Eberhardt of Winter Park, FL. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Marilou Gantner King and his parents James M. King, Sr. and K. Frances King.
He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Mr. King will be interred in Palm Cemetery, Winter Park, FL.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a future date.
