James M. Pantalone

James Michael Pantalone, was born on April 9th 1953 in Lansing, Michigan, and passed away January 10th 2020. Jim was preceded in death by his loving son Michael, parents Herman and Peggy Pantalone, sister Cheri Kratzer, brother Tom and brother-in-laws Ross Hansen and Charles Barnes. He is survived by his wife Cindy of 46 years, his grandsons Connor and Aiden, sisters Sue Hansen, Patty & (Greg) Keast, brothers Joe & (Terri) and John & (Lee Ann) Pantalone, Mother-In Law Patricia Barnes, brother-in laws Cloyd & (Candy), Rich & (Bob) and sister-in-law law Cris Barnes and was an uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Jim attended Lansing Waverly High School where he excelled in sports. Jim loved MSU sports, good or bad. Jim treasured his time with his son Micheal at the 2014 Rose Bowl a few months before Michael's passing.

Jim and Cindy met in 1968 and married in 1973. They moved to Orlando in 1995 where Jim worked as a construction superintendent on a number of prestigious projects that included Disney and Dolphin Stadium.

Later in life Jim, Cindy and Michael opened two Tropical Smoothies stores in downtown Orlando making new friends and employing many young people. Jim will be greatly missed by his entire family and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10AM-11AM, Thursday, January 23 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, East Orlando Chapel. A memorial service will begin at 11AM.
