James Ronald Wood age 78, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 19, 1943 to parents William and Una Wood.
He is survived by his Wife Wilma Kohrs-Wood, Children, Donna (Dave) Lucente, James (Sue) Wood Jr., Donald (Cathy) Wood, and Laura (Kirk Farley) Wood; Siblings, Judi (Mick) McDonough, Dan Wood, and Carrie Wood; Two Step-Daughters, Keena (Ron Herwig) Kohrs-Herwig, Lisa (Kevin) Kron; Loving Grandfather to Alex, David, Jenna, Alicia, Michael, Olivia, Donnie, Ryan, Keely and Paige, Loving great grandfather to Ryker and Jimmy. He is preceded in death by his Father, William Wood, and Mother, Una Wood.
A visitation will be held from 10am until 11am on August 21st at Columbus Bible Church located at 1770 Palms Rd, Columbus, MI 48063. The service will begin at 11am. Lunch will follow the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the local Hospice or the Columbus Bible Church.
