She was a loving friend and a caring mother who loved to play billiards and being at the waters edge.
She is survived by her Mother, Janet DeLesine; Daughter, Amanda Hahn; Son, John Hahn; Brother, John DeLesline; Sister, Julie Tillet; Grandchildren, Evan Frederick and Norah Frederick, She is preceded in death by her Father, John DeLesline and her beloved cat Autumn who she will be reunited with in Heaven.
