Janet Louise Wakelyn

Janet Louise Wakelyn went home to be with the Lord on Sunday November 3, 2024.

Janet was the daughter of Bahamian parents, Horace and Dorothy Albury.

Janet was a wonderful sister, aunt, wife and mother. She was survived by her loving siblings Richard and his wife Katie, Cynthia and Linda with whom she lived her last years, along with her nieces Christine and Rebecca and their two children who oversaw her care.

Janet also has one son, two granddaughters, two nephews, along with their wives and children.

Janet was a devoted member of her church home in Hollywood Florida where she found her life’s fulfillment in contributing to the community through children’s and women's ministries.
