Roberson-Masten, Janice N., of Orlando passed away on April 14th at a young age of 57. As a 4th generation Floridian, she was born in Deland, graduated from Lyman High School and attended College in Jacksonville. As a wife, mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend, she was loved by all who knew her. She was always loving, compassionate, never at a loss for words and lived her life to the fullest. Her precious moments were spending time with her granddaughter, babying her pup-pups and cooking for her family. Jan had a passion for animals and loved her pup-pups more than anything. In her own words they were "rottenized". Jan is survived by her much loved family, husband Ron Masten, daughter Renee Thompson, brothers Rusty & David Nahm, granddaughter Kendal Thompson, sister-in-laws Darlene Nahm & Sandy Masten, son-in-law Buck Thompson, step-daughter Allison Leta, mother-in-law Bertie Masten, nephews Justin Nahm & Matthew Masten. She was preceded in death by her parents and Russell & Betty Nahm. Her extreme dedication to her family will be remembered with heart felt love and memories by all of us and she will never be forgotten. To help in her dedication and love for animals we ask that contributions be made to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Central Florida, Inc. (www.ohs-spca.org). Memorial service will be held at the Redeemer Lutheran Church, 3377 Aloma Avenue, Winter Park, Florida 32792 (Ph# 407-671-4300) on Monday April 20th, at 11:30 AM.
