Janice Lea Davis Wolford (73) born in Mingo Co WV, to parents Woodrow and Mabel Davis on October 25, 1941. After a short illness she entered Heaven's gates on April 8, 2015.
A teacher of all she knew and believed in, a trait handed down to her by her grandmother, Ella Taylor Davis, who taught Janice at a young age the love and power of her God and Savior, Jesus Christ. This is a firm foundation that Janice passed down to her family.
Janice was a founding member of Brush Arbor Baptist Church in Orlando Florida. She also taught and administrated at Brush Arbor Christian School. Before that she drove a school bus for Orange Co Public Schools and was a Sunday School Teacher.
Janice was predeceased by her son Robert "Kevin" Wolford, Her parents, 2 sisters, Glenda Davis Browning, Marlene Davis, and a brother Jerry O'Dell Davis.
Janice is survived by her loving husband of over 54 years, Robert Clinton Wolford of Delbarton WV, her daughter Sherry Lynn Bell (Randy), her son Barry Clinton Wolford (Steffi). 7 Grandchildren, Robert Raynor (Ruthel), Ronald Raynor (Amanda), Elwin Raynor, Sherry Raynor (Darin), Sarah Wolford, Nicholas Wolford, and Savannah Wolford. 5 Great Grandchildren: Ashley, Alec, Andrew, Riley, and Jazmine Raynor, all from Orlando, Florida. She is also survived by her sister Ella Jean Davis Maynard of Maher, WV, many nieces and nephews, friends, and students.
Visitation is Monday April 13, 2015 from 4:30pm to 5:30pm with funeral service starting at 5:30pm at Brush Arbor Baptist Church, 2304 N. Goldenrod Road, Orlando, FL 32807.
Burial is Tuesday April 14, 2015 at 4pm at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Orlando, FL.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, Mrs. Wolford's memory be memorialized with a headstone. All monies raised would go to cover the cost of her headstone. The remaining monies would go to her husband Robert Wolford to help offset her medical and burial costs.
