He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Elaine M. Ortiz, parents, Miguel A. Ortiz and Maria A. Ortiz, daughter, Selena C. Ortiz, daughter, Caitlin C. Ortiz, son, Anthony M. Fiji, son, David J. Havock, and daughter, Davina J. Havock, sisters, Jennifer (Mike) L. Critzer and Melissa (Travis) J. Holt, brother, Duane M. Ortiz, nieces, Jasmine and Vivian, and nephew, Landon.
Visitation is Sunday, September 5, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm with memorial service starting at 2:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (Winter Park Chapel).
