Jeanne H. Sorgie, age 92, passed away peacefully at her home in Winter Springs, Florida on Tuesday, August 18, 2020. Jeanne was born on February 2, 1928 in Chicago, Illinois to parents James Hope and Lilian G. (Burkhardt) Hope.
She is survived by her sons, Daniel L. Sorgie and Dean A. Sorgie; six beloved grandchildren; and four cherished great-grandchildren, all who will miss her greatly.
She will be laid to rest at 1:30 PM on Friday, August 28, 2020 at Florida National Cemetery alongside her husband, Lee B. Sorgie, who preceded her in death in 2000.
