Jeffrey was born August 17th,1960 to Henry and Majorie Kummer.A lover of food and music but most of all Florida had made his way back to his Paradise with his Fiancée Gail not to long before his passing.
Survivors Include his Fiancée Gail and his three daughters; Caitlin Lough(Tom) of CT, Deidre Kummer of CT and Meredith Kummer of NH,his grandchildren Killian,Scarlett and Breccan Lough,his sisters Diane Kummer Karcher and Barbara Horl along with many others. Jeffrey was pre deceased by both his parents
At this time his family is planning a celebration of life at a later date.
