Stout, Jerry born February 10, 1933 in Port Arthur, Texas, passed away peacefully at home on May 16, 2009 after a long and valiant fight against cancer. He was surrounded by his family and attended by Hospice of the Comforter. He married his high school sweetheart Judy McDonald in 1954 and they raised three wonderful children. He is survived by his loving wife, Judy, daughter Alisa Villarreal, her husband Daniel and granddaughters, Nicole and Melissa; daughter Lori Mazzone, her husband John; and son Brian Stout, his wife Christy and grandsons Blake and Connor, all of Orlando, FL. He attended Thomas Jefferson High School in Port Arthur, Texas, and Sam Houston University in Huntsville, Texas. Jerry had a distinguished career in department store management and retail liquidation before moving to Orlando in 2001. A memorial service celebrating Jerry's life will be held on Sunday, May 31st at 2 pm at Gulfstream Harbor Clubhouse II, 4505 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando, Florida 32822. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you send donations to Hospice of the Comforter, 480 W. Central Parkway, Altamonte Springs, Fl, 32714; The American Cancer Society or your favorite charity. Jerry was loved and will be missed. He was an inspiration to all who knew him.
