On April 23rd, 2023, Jhanny Rodriguez, beloved father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend, passed away at the age of 54 years young. Jhanny was born in Trenton, New Jersey to Gladys Diaz (deceased) and Carlos Diaz, and spent his later years of life in Orlando, Florida. He was employed by Allied Security, and his passion for drawing and tattoos was known by many. Many will carry his tattooed work on them forever. Jhanny was a giver by heart, and loved to bless others by always be willing to give whatever he had.
A family man, Jhanny was a father to seven children: Dominique, Jalyssa, Gabrielle, Jazniece, Jhanny Jr., Brianna, and Zackuary. He was a grandfather to five granddaughters: Nylah, Araceli, Jazelle, Juliette, Kalani, and had another on the way this summer. He was a loving brother to his siblings: Eddie, Juan, Philip, Barbie, Sandra, Denise, Margie, Darlene, and Damaris, and an uncle to several nieces and nephews.
Jhanny attended Faith Assembly of God in Orlando and loved reflecting on how good God was to him. One of his recent posts on his Instagram read: Ingesting Gods word, praying for my kids, family, friends and the world! God bless us all! Remember he only asks for one day! Not much to ask for your salvation!" Those are words we can carry with us for a lifetime. Jhanny leaves behind a strong family that vow to carry on his legacy.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Orlando Chapel, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL 32822.
Visitation with the family will precede the service on Thursday, May 4 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
