Jimmy Glass was born on June 30, 1959 in Sculthorpe, England to Charles Glass and Catherine Glass. He passed away on June 5, 2020 at 60 years of age.
Jimmy Glass is survived by his wife Marian Glass, daughter Cathie Glass, father Charles Glass, brothers Thomas Glass and Vincent Glass, sister Elizabeth Washabaugh, grandchildren Tamla Fawcett, Charlotte Mock, Viviana Avendano, and great grandchildren Aaliyah Fawcett and Evannah Fawcett.
Jimmy Glass grew up in Bedford, England. He moved to Kendal, England, in 1980, at the age of 21 where he met Marian, his wife. He was a chef, a landscaper and a truck driver. In 1992, Jimmy moved his family to America to start a new life. Jimmy continued his career as a truck driver with Averitt Express where he retired in 2018. Jimmy loved Leeds United Football, Northern Soul music and traveling with his wife, Marian, of 40 years.
Visitation is Saturday, June 20, 2020 from 1pm to 3pm with memorial service starting at 2pm at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (Winter Park Chapel).
