She is preceded in death by her husband, John O. Ragsdale and parents, Herbert Newkirk and Rebecca Gold.
She is survived by her daughter, Robin R. Moore, son, John O. Ragsdale, IV, daughter, Rebecca L. Jones, and daughter, Ann L. Falcon.
