JoAnn Mary Carroll was born in New York, NY, on October 26, 1930. She entered Heaven's gates on February 19, 2019. An amazing mother and homemaker, JoAnn was an exceptional cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends. Over the years she collected a large library of cookbooks and recipes from around the world. She loved making ceramics, fishing, and reading. She was also a sports fan, particularly the Brooklyn Dodgers and Gil Hodges.

JoAnn had an unwavering faith in God. She was a member of Church of Our Savior in Cape Canaveral, Florida. While living in Guam, the Philippines and Cuba, JoAnn was an active member of the Altar Society where she had become very involved with the church and assisted with numerous fundraising events. She was also an active member of the Cocoa Beach Women's Club.

JoAnn was predeceased by her husband of 42 years, George Carroll. JoAnn is survived by her sons Michael Carroll and his wife Nancy and son Matthew, and George Carroll and his wife Julie, son Alexander, daughter Erin and Great-Grandson Carter.
A funeral service celebrating her life will be held on Tuesday, March 5th, 2019, at 10:30 AM at Church of Our Savior 5301 North Atlantic Ave., Cocoa Beach FL.
