John Joseph Anemone

John Joseph Anemone, born on December 15, 1938, in Chester, Pennsylvania. He passed away peacefully on December 11, 2024, at the Lotus Nursing and Rehab facility in Orlando, Florida. John lived a long and fulfilling life, marked by dedication to his family, work, and various interests.

John married his beloved wife, Bonnie Lee Craven, on August 9, 1963. Together, they built a wonderful life and were blessed with three sons: John Joseph Anemone Jr., his wife Sarah, Donald Scott Anemone, and Christopher Michael Anemone. His legacy continues through his two cherished grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Sadie Anemone, John is survived by his sister, Paula Parasink, her husband Ed, and his sister-in-law, Gerri Anemone. He is predeceased by six brothers and an additional sister.

John dedicated 40 years of his professional life as a draftsman at Westinghouse, where he was known for his meticulous work and dedication.

Outside of work, John had a passion for classic cars and was an avid reader of science fiction. He enjoyed collecting toys, records, and antiques, with a special fondness for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles memorabilia. He had dreams of writing a book about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toys.

John Joseph Anemone will be remembered for his warmth, his love for his family, and his zest for life. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness and passion that will be cherished by all who knew him.
