He was preceded in death by his brother, William Zane Cunningham and a sister, Ruth Ann DeVinny. He is survived by his wife, Shelly Lee Cunningham; daughters, Judy Lynn Hall and Linda Kay Slade; grandchildren, Christopher John Hall, Philip James Hall, Corey Allen Hall, Jesse Hall, Bethany Diane Lopez, Blake Rochell; great-grandchildren, Jayden Hall, Draven Hall; nephew, Michael Anderson; sister, Marilyn Sue Anderson; brothers, Paul Edward Cunningham and Ray Edward Cunningham, Jr.
