John David Heitz

Heitz, John D., 80, of Orlando, passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2009. He was a carpenter by trade. He was a US Marine veteran, serving in WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents Dr. John and Lorien Heitz. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Margaret A. Heitz; step-sons Douglas (Deborah) Wesson, Kenneth (Frances) Wesson, David Wesson; step-daughter Judith (Larry) Stoddard; 7 grandchildren; 18 great- grandchildren; brother-in-laws Thomas (Patricia) Waring and Richard (Sarah) Waring; aunts Eloise Rabe and Elsie Sullivan; cousin Lois Sullivan; numerous nieces and nephews and his loving dog Lady. A memorial service will be held at 2PM Saturday, February 7, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando.
