John Gabor, 94 of Miami, Florida passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2015.
John was born on March 16, 1921 in Distutanta, Virginia to Andrew and Susie (Sluka) Gabor who have both preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Lydia Gabor in 1998. John was a Veteran of the United States Army and served in World War II. He was one of the 101 Screaming Eagles Paratroopers that jumped on D-Day. After the war, he went to work with his father at Gabor and Sons Construction where he remained for many years.
He is survived by his daughters, Caryl Lynne Coker and Donna Lee Queralto; son, John Michael Gabor and grandchildren, Jason J. Mathes, Nathan J. Gabor, Aaron M. Gabor and Brad T. Gabor.
