John Lawrence Thompson

John Lawrence Thompson, age 76 of Orlando, passed away at his home on Monday, February 27, 2012. He was born in Norfolk, Virginia on November 11, 1935 to the late Robert S. Thompson, Sr. and Mary Sue Lawrence Thompson.
He was a veteran of the US Air Force and retired from the FDIC as an account representative.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Carol; daughters, Lauri Sullivan and Cheryl McNeill; granddaughters, Sarah Sullivan, Baylee Sullivan and Georgia Sullivan; brothers, Robert S. Thompson, Jr. and David Thompson; cousin, Ann Laughner.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5PM-8PM, Wednesday, February 29 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Orlando. Inurnment with military honors will take place at a later date at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
