John Bradley Mack, beloved son of John and Jane Mack, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2021 after a courageous eleven-year battle with cancer.
Brad was born in Charlotte, NC on July 8, 1972 and spent his youth there and in Pittsburgh, PA before moving to the Orlando, FL area. He graduated from Oviedo High School and the University of Florida. He was a proud Gator and Pittsburgh Steeler fan. Brad enjoyed a successful career in pricing system implementation at Hughes Supply and SPARXiQ, in spite of his illness. Working remotely, he was able to spend two special years traveling with his family through Europe.
Brad was preceded in death by grandparents John and Jenelle Mack and Albea and Janie Barber from Gastonia, NC, and an infant son Aaron Mack. Along with his parents, Brad is survived by sons Aiden Mack, Arlen Mack, and stepson Lucas Mancini, from Orlando, FL; brother and sister-in-law David and Diana Mack, Atlanta, GA; special nieces Ashley and Christina Mack, Athens, GA; and uncle and aunt Steve and Becky Mack, Denver, NC.
Brad was an inspiration to many as he outlived his original prognosis by many years and was able to see his sons grow into young men. His family appreciates all the prayers and support from his friends and colleagues all over the country. Cancer took his life much too soon but never robbed him of his hope and determination to keep fighting until a cure was found. Per Brad's wishes there will be no formal services, but a celebration of his life will be held at a future time.
