He is survived by daughter, Patricia Lyn Stewart, sons, John Francis Wozniak, Michael Martin Wozniak, Matthew Alexander Wozniak, granddaughters, Jade Victoria Petruzziello, Amelia Grace Stewart, Madelyn Rose Wozniak, grandsons, Hal Francis Petruzziello, Owen Simon Stewart.
He is preceded in death by his parents, father, John Joseph Wozniak, Jr., mother, Theresa Agnes Wozniak.
Visitation is Monday, October 4, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Longwood, 335 E. State Road 434, Longwood, Florida 32750.
Funeral Services are Tuesday, October 5, 2021 beginning at 10:00 am at St. James Cathedral, 215 N Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801.
