John Zawislak

John S. Zawislak, 68, formerly of Norton and North Attleboro, MA passed away on Tuesday, Nov 17, 2015 in Ocoee, FLA. He was born in Elizabeth, NJ in October of 1947. John is survived by his companion, Carol Lou Allen, children Carrie Kelley and her husband Ted of Foxboro, MA, John F. (Jay) Zawislak and his wife Heide Agas of Teaneck, NJ, and Amy Arnold her husband Jonathan of North Attleboro, MA, as well as his beloved grandchildren Ryan, Meghan, Myles, Ian, Molly, and Tyler. He is also survived by his siblings, Theodore Zawislak and his wife Carol of Mountainside, NJ, Valerie Kindel and her husband Roger of Dover, DE, Thomas Zawislak and his wife Priscilla of Landenberg, PA, and Nancy Robinson and her husband Kevin of Dover, DE.

John was retired from the semi-conductor industry. He was a veteran of the Navy and a member of the Navy Band. John enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, visiting family, being a freelance musician, and full-time "RV'ing" with his companion Carol.

A gathering for family and friends of John will be held Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Dyer-Lake Funeral Home in North Attleboro, MA from 2:00-4:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of John can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
