He was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico. He was retired Major General in the United States Army.
Jorge is survived by his Wife, Aurea C. Arzola; daughter, Arlene A. (Richard) Gaylord, son, Jorge (Melissa) Arzola Jr.; grandsons, Austin Jorge Kloch and William John Arzola, granddaughters, Emilia Grace Arzola, Kate Elizabeth Arzola, Samantha Cecilia Gaylord and Claire Margaret Arzola.
