Jose Antonio Campis Reyes, age 40, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Monday, May 6, 2019 in Orlando, FL.
Jose was born on September 25, 1978 in Santurce, PR; son of loving parents Juan Campis, Jr. and Carmen Iris (Reyes) Campis. He was a graduate of Colonial High School.
Jose, also known as Joey, was filled with love for his family and friends. He would brighten up your day with his smile or laughter, and was always willing to help anyone before himself. Joey loved spending time at the beach, fishing, cookouts, and watching his favorite team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He truly was a remarkable man with a heart of gold. You truly will be missed but never forgotten.
Jose is survived by his parents, his daughter, Caylin Amber Campis; his two sons, Gavin Anthony Garrett, and Brandin Campis; four brothers, Juan Enrique Campis and his wife, Tammi, Mario Antonio Campis, Carlos Javier Diaz Reyes, and Christian Ricardo Campis Reyes; two sisters, Ivonne Dannette Campis, and Krystal Campis Berrios; his maternal grandmother, Helen Reyes; godfather, Wilfredo Reyes Labrador; special aunt, Luisa Labrador; and several other aunts and uncles, and many cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019 at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Orlando Chapel, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL 32822, with Jose Morales, officiating.
Visitation will be on Monday, May 13 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
