Joseph Franklin Suarez

Suarez, Joseph Franklin (SFC US Army, Ret.), age 90, of Orlando, passed away December 28, 2012. He was born in Dundee, FL on August 5, 1922 to Raymond Suarez and Mary (Romonda) Suarez.
Mr. Suarez served his country during WWII in the US Coast Guard and the US Army. He was and active member of St. Isaac Jogue's Catholic Church and a member of the VFW Post #4287 honor guard.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Suarez; sons, Joseph R. Suarez , Mark Suarez and Jon Suarez; daughter, Dawn Bethune; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5PM-9PM Wednesday, January 2 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 3 at St. Isaac Jogue's Catholic Church, 4301 S. Chickasaw Trail, Orlando. Interment with military honors will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell at 2:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Isaac Jogue's Catholic Church or the Wounded Warrior Project, www.woundedwarriorproject.org
