In Loving Memory of Joseph Corpuz Galang December 19, 1969 – March 19, 2025.
Joseph Corpuz Galang, age 55, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2025, Orlando, Florida.
Born on December 19, 1969, at Argentia U.S. Naval Station in Newfoundland, Canada, Joseph was the beloved son of the late Santiago L. Galang and Nena C. Galang.
Joseph devoted his professional life to the food service industry, bringing dedication and heart to his roles in delivery and management at both Pizza Hut and Domino’s, where he was known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and warm customer service. He was a distinguished member of the Wah Lum Kung Fu Temple in Orlando, having attained the esteemed rank of High Standard Class—an accomplishment that exemplified his steadfast discipline, personal fortitude, and enduring dedication to the martial arts. Joseph had a creative spirit—he was an avid drummer with a love for rhythm and sound, and a lifelong fan of comic books. Among all heroes, it was Batman who resonated with him most—a symbol of resilience, intellect, and quiet strength.
Joseph is lovingly remembered by his brothers Robert C. Galang, and Richard C. Galang and his wife Claribelle, his sister Maricca B. Galang-Niemiec and her husband Charles Niemiec. He was a fun-loving and devoted uncle, always ready with a smile or a story for his nephews—Colin, Connor, and Charles Niemiec Jr.—who brought him endless joy and pride.
He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Santiago and Nena Galang, whose loving embrace he now returns to in eternal peace.
