He was born on February 20, 1961 in San Jose de Las Matas, Dominican Republic. Joseph worked as a Financial Analyst for Orange County Utilities and attended St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church in Orlando. He had a special love for family and friends.
Joseph was preceded in death by his father, Ramon Pena and is survived by his loving wife Yannette I. Pena; son, Emanuel J. Pena; mother, Dolores Pena; brother, Gabriel Pena, brother, Johnny Pena, sister, Juana Pena, sister, Victoria Pena, brother, Silverio Pena, sister, Candida Pena, sister, Frances Pena, brother, Rafael Pena, sister, Julia Pena and brother, Davis Pena. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends
