He is preceded in death by his parents, mother, Clara Figueroa Encarnacion, father, Pedro Ortiz Gomez. He is survived by wife, Nereida Guzman, son, Jose Lopez, daughter, Wanda Alvarez, son, John Ortiz, Jr., son, Richard Ortiz, Grandchildren 12, Great-Grandchildren 3.
Visitation is Friday, May 25, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral Services are Friday, May 25, 2018 at 8:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando, Florida 32822.
Graveside services will be held at 11AM, Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando.
