Juan Alfonso Rivera Serrano, age 36, of Orlando, Florida passed away at his home on Friday, April 13, 2018.
Juan was born on September 10, 1981 in San Juan, PR to Rosaura (Serrano) Rivera and the late Hector Alfonso Rivera.
He is survived by his loving mother, Rosaura Rivera; his two sisters, Josephine Rivera Serrano and Jenifer Rivera; his nephews Adrian Torres and Hector Rhoads; his nieces, Bianca Rhoads, Caitlin Rhoads, Yeseina Rhoads, and Sophie Rhoads; and his step-father, Luis Morales.
Juan is preceded in death by his father, Hector Alfonso Rivera; maternal grandfather, Juan Serrano; maternal Grandmother, Regina Serrano Correa; paternal grandfather, Alfonso Rivera; and paternal grandfather, Olga Rivera.
Juan had a loving soul and was a phenomenal family man. He adored his nieces and nephews, friends and most of all his Mother. Please come join us in this celebration of a beautiful soul and person.
Funeral Services are Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - East Orlando), 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando, Florida 32822, with Fr. Frank Cooney officiating.
Visitation is Wednesday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for Juan's funeral expenses.
