Judith (Judy) B. Hoffman, age 80, of Winter Park, Florida passed away on Friday, April 14, 2023.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Louis George Bonacker and Marie Bonacker, and granddaughter, Ellie McBride.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph C. Hoffman, daughters, Susan H. (Jim) Carducci, Karen Ann (Troy) Asmus, and Sandra H. (Ken) McBride, grandchildren, Leigha Carducci, Justin Asmus, Joshua Asmus, Kaitlyn Barrett, Tyler McBride, Mitchell McBride, and Paisley McBride, great-grandchildren, Alyssa Asmus, Lily Asmus, Gage Pennington, Autumn Asmus, Lacey Pennington, Nolan Carducci, Kellan Carducci, Declan Carducci, Chase Asmus, and Piper Barrett, and brothers, Louis Bonacker and Neill Bonacker.
Judy grew up in Kinderhook, NY and relocated to Winter Park, FL in 1973. She loved to visit Kinderhook Lake as often as possible throughout her life. She was "mom" to most of the neighborhood children, and was loved by all. Judy had many friends whom she met through her duties as Treasurer of the Central Florida Classic T-Bird Club as well as assisting with the St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church annual rummage sale. She was the glue of the family and will be dearly missed.
A celebration of life will be held at her beloved Kinderhook Lake on an undetermined date over the summer.
