Julia Braga, 97 of Orlando passed away Tuesday, Aug. 12th. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y. she moved to Central Florida in 1990. She was a homemaker, member of the Italian American Club and of the Catholic Faith.
She is survived by her son, Frank Braga of Queens, N.Y. ; daughter, Mary Ann Tomeo of Orlando; 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Friday, Aug. 15, 2008 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 5900 Oleander Drive, Orlando 32807. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando.
