On Saturday, February 22, 2020, Julia Kalstrom, loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away at age 86.
Julia was born on March 28, 1933 in the Bronx, New York to Bartholomew (Jim) and Mary Campano. She graduated from Walton High School and went to work for the New York Telephone company. While she was there, she met Robert Kalstrom on Valentines Day, 1953 and they were married 1 year later on February 14th, 1954. They raised two daughters, Julie and Jill.
Julia was a homemaker, who enjoyed crocheting, needle work, reading and spending time with her grandchildren. A devoted grandmother to Kelsey, Quinn, Andrew and Matthew, Julia was a kind, gentle and generous soul with a quick smile, engaging wit and never-ending desire to encourage and comfort those fortunate to call her family or friend.
Graveside services will be held on February 26th at 2:00pm at Woodlawn Cemetery, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Rd, Gotha FL 34734. In Lieu of flowers, contributions to The American Cancer Society or Genesis Assistance Dogs, Inc. are appreciated. https://genesisassistancedogsinc.org/donate/
