Julio Torres Cruz was born June 3, 1958, in Philadelphia, Pa. He was the youngest of 6 siblings. He was a chef and loved to cook. His cooking was delicious!!!
He eventually moved to Puerto Rico with his parents. In Puerto Rico he met Milagros Ramos and had 5 beautiful children that loved him dearly. He took his family out of Puerto Rico and he went back to Philadelphia.
In Philadelphia, he worked and gave his family the best he could. He eventually ended up marrying his long-time partner on January 7th 2017. He was the happiest man alive.
Julio ended up getting sick and ended up on dialysis. He was on dialysis for 9 years and sadly, 12/15, he passed away. He will forever be loved and missed. He was a funny, amazing person and everyone loved him dearly.
