Justin Tyme Harper, 26 years old, was born on April 19, 1993 at Winter Park Memorial Hospital, and passed away August 24, 2019 in Orlando, Florida.
Justin was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Anna Maria Billingsley and James Billingsley; and his grand parents, Sharon Doss and Brian Harper.
He is survived by his parents, Kevin and Carolyn Harper; his sister, Kelly Holt; his niece, Alexiz Torres; his grandmother, Barbara Edel; and his grandfather, Werner Billingsley.
Justin loved fishing, working on cars, and spending time with his family and friends. Justin will be missed by so many who loved him, his kindred spirit, his selfless generosity, and his loving heart.
A visitation for Justin will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 1:30 pm until 4:00 pm, with a funeral service at 2:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Orlando Chapel.
A celebration of life will be held at the VFW located at 3500 S. Goldenrod Road at 4:00 pm.
