Kathleen Monica Wright

Kathleen Monica Wright, age 73 of Orlando entered the nearer presence of our Lord on Wednesday, August 23, 2006. Born in St. Andrew, Jamaica on December 27, 1932, she moved to Central Florida in 1997. She worked alongside her husband in their business from 1960 until her retirement in 1984 due to illness. She is survived by her husband, Carlton E. Wright; daughters, Donna Wright of Orlando and Debra Phillips of Orlando; son, Sydney Wright of Jamaica; brother, Neville Bolton and 3 grandchildren, Jordan Phillips, Kerida Wright and Lionell Wright.
Visitation with the family will be held at Newcomer Family Funeral Home on Friday, September 1, 2006 from 5:00-7:30 PM. Funeral services will be conducted at Christ the King Episcopal Church, 26 Willow Drive, Orlando on Saturday, September 2, 2006 at 11:00 AM
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation in her memory to Pine Castle Christian Academy or Christ the King Episcopal Church Youth Ministry.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the CCU nurses (especially Ray and Angie) at Orlando Regional Medical Center, Dr. Keith Gray and Staff, Dr. Christopher Mason and staff, the staff of BMA West Dialysis Center and the Reverends Steve Clifton and Sonia Sullivan-Clifton. It was the request of Mrs. Wright that no one wear dark color clothing to her service. She would prefer bright cheerful colors.
