Passed away peacefully at home as his last wish on December 28th, 2017 at 1:40 a.m.
He is survived by his wife Abelina Cochrane, his son William Cochrane, his daughter Abelina Cepero, his two granddaughters Encye Cepero and Tanya Cepero, his sisters Gloria Cochrane, Carol Cochrane, and Donna Singleton, his brothers Philip Cochrane & David Mills.
He will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, retired Air Force veteran and world traveler, and now he will travel on a new journey beyond the skies and have new adventures.
He will sincerely and truly be missed.
