Larry Thomas Phurrough

Larry Thomas Phurrough, age 60, of Orlando, Florida, passed away Tuesday morning, November 16, 2010 at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. He was born on November 29, 1949 in Sylacauga, Alabama to John William Thomas Phurrough and Edith Massey Phurrough. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a graduate of Auburn University. He moved to Central Florida in February of 1986 and retired from Lockhead Martin as a Computer Engineer in 2009.



Mr. Phurrough was preceded in death by his father, Tom Phurrough and grandson, Cody Cline. He is survived by his son, Shaun Phurrough of Orlando, FL; daughters, Tonya Cline of Charlotte, NC and Amber Phurrough of Orlando, FL; mother, Edith Phurrough of Sylacauga, AL; brothers, Barry Phurrough of Sylacauga, AL and Steve Phurrough of Gaithersburg, MD; sister, Carol Phurrough of Birmingham, AL and 8 grandchildren.



Memorial services were held Friday, November 19, 2010 at 6:30 PM at First Alliance Church in Orlando, FL with Rev. Robert Formica officiating.
