Laverne Lois Day, 88 of Orlando, Florida passed away on Tuesday November 17, 2015.
She was born on October 8, 1927 in St. Louis, Missouri to Herman and Frieda (Siems) Lange who have both preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Doris Landschoot. Laverne was a graduate of Cleveland High School in St. Louis and The Lutheran School of Nursing also in St. Louis.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Charles K. "Chuck" Day; son, Kevin Day (Lucy); daughter, Diane Kolde; grandson, Spencer Day; granddaughter, Christina Warren; brother, David Lange and sister, Joy Krenn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The American Cancer Society or The American Heart Association.
