Leslie Ann "Nan" Sureda was born on September 12, 1947 and passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 76. She was cherished by all who knew her, deeply treasured as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Born in Puerto Rico in 1947, independent to the core, Leslie's perseverance in achieving anything she put her mind to was evident early on. She displayed remarkable creativity, mastering various skills in early years, teaching herself how to play the piano, macrame, crochet, and oil painting portraits. In later years when technology began advancing, she began teaching herself advanced technology to output highly sophisticated excel macros to create forms to help make work products easier and less errors, advanced uses of adobe photoshop and even creating entertaining video photo albums for various family members. Leslie also enjoyed going to the beach, crabbing, going on long scenic drives, shopping, entertaining and cooking for friends, and watching movies (military, drama, and comedy).

Leslie's generous spirit and heart of gold knew no bounds; she was always ready to help others intuitively understanding their needs whether they asked for it or not. Her high sense of intuition led her to always be insightful about the needs of others so she could gently help without causing anyone anxiety in asking for help. Her humor, infused into every aspect of her life ensured nobody felt too heavy or uncomfortable in her presence.

Leslie will be greatly missed by her family and friends, but all who knew her can take comfort in the knowledge that when she came face-to-face with our dear Lord she was greeted with the words, "Well done, you may enter the Gates of Heaven for eternal life."

She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Gloria Gordon, her father, Gil Ripoll Davila, and her ex-husband of 14 years, Roberto Sureda. She is survived by her children Roberto (Ann) Sureda Jr, Jennifer (Michael) Farley, and her eight grandchildren, Chris (Felicia) Farley, Jessica (Kyle) Farley, Ryan Sureda, Nicole (Kyle) Farley, Matthew Sureda, Jacob (Maggie) Sureda, Brynnley Sureda and Camden Sureda and her five great-grandchildren, Emma, Kailee, Lily, Brayden, and Marley. She is also survived by her sisters, Izlia Millward (twin), Madeline Villalobos, and brother Gilbert Ripoll, along with 3 nieces (Liz, Jessica, and Jennifer) and 3 nephews (Kelis, Mark, and David) and numerous special friends. Leslie also continued to work and has been with the same work family and client for over 20 years. A special shout out to this work family who is also mourning the loss of a beloved co-worker that have been together every day for over 20 years.
