Lester Andrew Willcox of Winter Park, FL passed away Saturday July 3, 2010. He was born January 14, 1933 in Leslie, Arkansas. He graduated from Oklahoma State University and joined the Army, proudly serving his country for 25 years. Andy served two tours of duty in Vietnam as a helicopter pilot and received a Bronze Star. After retiring from the Army, Andy continued to work at Lockheed Martin as a defense contractor. He is survived by his daughter Karen, son-in-law Rob, grandchildren Kelly, Shelby and Robyn Larson and Brittany and Zachary Koziara, sisters Ann Jones and Ruby Allen, and brother William Willcox. Andy was predeceased by Isabel, his wife of 43 years, and his daughters Patricia Willcox and Donna Koziara. Andy was devoted to his family, his friends and his church. He worked tirelessly in many ministries, including Hospitality, Parish Council and Feeding the Homeless. Anyone who knew Andy would be impressed by his friendliness, generosity, integrity, and loyalty. He enjoyed woodworking, and was a natural mechanic who could fix anything. Andy touched many lives, and he will be sorely missed, but never forgotten.
